The challenge
The client needed a premium, luxury-grade property listing site that could rival international real estate platforms while serving the Zimbabwean market. The existing site lacked visual polish, had no working inquiry system, and needed a full agent management dashboard.
What we built
We designed and built a complete Next.js 14 application with a luxury real estate aesthetic, integrated inquiry forms that save to the PropFlow multi-tenant database and dispatch branded email notifications to agents via the Ping API, and a full property management dashboard with listings, analytics, appointments, and settings.
The result
Thaton Realty now operates a premium digital presence that positions them as Zimbabwe's most professional property company, with working inquiry-to-agent email pipelines and a complete management dashboard.
